OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
Merchandise is shipped usually via UPS ground within five days after
your order is processed, and usually takes 2-4 weeks delivery time. We like to
err on the high side - usually it is much quicker! You will be notified when
your order has shipped and you will be supplied a tracking number.
Some items my ship USPS, therefore, a tracking number cannot be supplied.
If you do
not receive your order within the specified time, please let us know, in order
for us to check it out.
If there has been a discrepency on our part (ie. wrong address, etc.)
your order will be shipped to you again, at our expense. However, once the
order is in the UPS or USPS system the responsibility lies with you, the
customer.
You may request UPS NEXT DAY AIR, however, a $10.00 charge will be added
to your regular shipping charge.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept orders from
outside the continental US.

OUR REFUND POLICY
If an item is unsatisfactory to you, for any reason, or has been damaged
during shipment, you may request a replacement, or a full refund (minus
shipping charges). The choice is yours!
We do ask that you notify us within one week of receipt of your order of
your intent to return the item. Please enclose an explanation as to the reason
for doing so, and return in original packaging for item to be replaced or
refunded. As soon as we receive the item in question, your account will be
credited the amount of said item, or, a replacement will be shipped to you, if
you chose this option.
OUR GUARANTEE
We want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with any item you
order from us, which is why every item we sell comes with our 100% guarantee.
Any item you are not happy with, for any reason, may be returned (at your
expense) as long as you notify us within the one week period to return the
item in question, under the guidelines specified above, and as soon as we have
received said item, we will promptly and cheerfully refund or replace the item
in question, depending on the option chosen.
